Chania Lackey is a Regional Programs Coordinator, Eastern Africa for the Global Center. She contributes to capacity development programming related to financial integrity and inclusion and, is an AML/CFT Specialist (certified by the Association of Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS)). Since 2008, she has provided advisory services in legal, regulatory, and program compliance for a range of clients across Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia and Latin America including private companies, international development programs, and government agencies. She holds an LLM in Commercial Law with specialization in International Financial Regulation, Policy and Law and an LLB (Honors), both from The University of Bristol.
